Shila is a science outreach specialist for the Earthquake Center. Shila spent 6 years in the US Navy, after which she earned a BS in Psychology and a BS in Geology. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, hiking, and exploring Alaska (and beyond) with her husband and two sons.
