As the Director of Operations, Matt is responsible for leading “how we do things.” His role is to be active and visible in representing the Center’s organizational values and team norms; work with teams to ensure project goals are translated into achievable tasks and supporting staff in accomplishment; and ensure funding, facilities, and resources are utilized in an effective and efficient manner and in the best interest of the Earthquake Center and stakeholders.

In his off-time Matt enjoys hanging with friends-family-loved ones, traveling, hiking, hunting, trap/skeet shooting, and camping.
