R32K is located at the top of the bunny hill at Juneau's Eaglecrest Ski Area. It sits in an open area near the forest edge. The site was acquired in 2019 under dedicated support from our partners at the U.S. Geological Survey to strengthen earthquake monitoring across southern Alaska. The site was originally installed as part of the USArray project. R32K is generously hosted by the City and Borough of Juneau.
