This earthquake was felt widely in southeast Alaska and British Columbia, and as far as Seattle, Washington. Klawock, Hydaburg, Hyder, and Craig reported the highest intensity of moderate (USGS). Several larger aftershocks were also felt. Residents reported items falling off the shelves, however no structural damage.
