2013 M7.5 Craig Earthquake

 

The Alaska Earthquake Center reported about 350 aftershocks through the end of 2013. The off-shore location of these earthquakes and sparse seismic station coverage, reliable locations can only be obtained for magnitude 2.5 and greater events. Twenty aftershocks had magnitudes of 4.0 or greater. The largest aftershock, a M5.8, occurred on January 31 at 12:53 am AKST (9:53 UTC).

More than 300 earthquakes happened in January and February then leveled off. The largest magnitude aftershocks happened during January and February.
