Natasha K. is the Earthquake Center’s lead seismic data analyst. She takes a primary role in performing analysis on the hundreds of earthquakes recorded each month by the Alaska Earthquake Center: Identifying P- and S-waves arrivals, determining location and magnitude for the earthquakes, and producing weekly and monthly seismicity reports for use by the general public as well as state and federal agencies.
